Our used devices are in Great Condition, with battery health guaranteed to be at least 80% (usually better), providing plenty of power for a full day of use.
Each device undergoes expert testing, passing 56 thorough checks to ensure it’s fully functional – exactly as good as new.
2. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our used products come with a FREE 1-year warranty that covers all technical defects, backed by a fast 1:1 exchange.
We also offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:
• Get your money back within 10 days if you’ve changed your mind.
• Exchange your device within 30 days if you want to upgrade or choose a different one.

3. Do you use genuine repair parts?
We differentiate our parts by "Grade A" / "Grade B". This is because only authorized shops are allowed to advertise their parts as "Original".
We use only Grade A parts that are as good as original, instead of Grade B parts that are usually cheaper and lower quality (e.g. less sensitive and faded display colour).
To uphold our commitment, we provide a 1-month warranty on our repair parts.
4. Are there any instalment plans available?
Yes, we do have up to 36-months instalment plan for credit cards under major banks like PBB, Standard Chartered, HSBC, AFFIN, MBB, RHB, BSN, AEON, CITI, PUBLIC BANK, and UOB.
For customers without credit cards, there are monthly instalment plans offered by TnG CashLoan, PayEx, Tambadana, GX Bank FlexiCredit and other personal financing providers upon approval.
5. Do you have physical stores?
Yes, we currently have 21 stores across Malaysia in Penang, Kedah, Perak, KL, Selangor, Johor, Kelantan and Sabah. Find your

6. Can I sell my old Apple products to 3cat?

7. Does 3cat provide repair services?
Yes, we provide repair services. No matter whether your battery needs replacement, your screen / camera is broken (or any other issues), just visit our retail stores without appointment needed.
During the repair, your data privacy will be protected. We will NOT access any of your personal information and will only access apps such as camera, dialer and settings to test the function of the device.
