1. What is your product condition?
Our used devices are in Great condition with battery health guaranteed at least 80% (if not better), which is sufficient for typical full day usage.
They are all tested via our stringent process and fully functional - effectively as good as new.
2. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our used products come with a 1-year warranty.
We also provide hassle-free Return Policy whereby you could:
- get a Refund for your purchase in the first 10-days, or
- get a 1-to-1 Exchange with another device in the first 30-days
in the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
3. Do you use genuine repair parts?
We differentiate our parts by "Grade A" / "Grade B". This is because only authorized shops are allowed to advertise their parts as "Original".
We use only Grade A parts that are as good as original, instead of Grade B parts that are usually cheaper and lower quality (e.g. less sensitive and faded display colour).
To uphold our commitment, we provide a 1-month warranty on our repair parts.
4. Is there any instalment plan available?
Yes, we do have up to 12-months instalment plan for credit cards under major banks like PBB, Standard Chartered, HSBC, AFFIN, MBB, RHB, BSN, AEON, CITI.
For customers without credit card, we also accept instalment plans from TnG GoPinjam, PayEx, Tambadana and similar providers upon approval.
5. Do you have physical stores?
Yes, we have physical stores in Lowyat Plaza, Paradigm Mall, The Mines and Wangsa Walk. Check out the "Our Stores" section to find the nearest store to you.
6. Can I sell my old Apple products to 3cat?
Yes, we offer a trade-in for cash program at all of our retail stores. We have the best trade-in value in the market and you can walk home with the cash in your pocket.
Your privacy is our priority. Rest assured, we meticulously wipe out all personal data from your device when we receive it.
7. Does 3cat provide repair services?
Yes, we provide repair services. No matter whether your battery needs replacement, your screen / camera is broken (or any other issues), just visit our retail stores without appointment needed.
During the repair, your data privacy will be protected. We will NOT access any of your personal information and will only access apps such as camera, dialer and settings to test the function of the device.
