Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are processed and delivered upon payment confirmation during business day of Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia & 6 – 8 business days for East Malaysia ("Standard Delivery”).
  • Delivery schedule may take slightly longer than the usual lead times during peak sales / promotional period.
  •  Order placed by 3.00pm will considered same business day order, orders placed after 3.00pm will be considered next business day order.
  •  Orders are shipped via Standard Delivery via local courier service of our choice.
  • At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/confirmation to our logistic partner as proof of delivery. 

Shipping Restrictions

  •  Delivery areas further away from Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur/ Petaling Jaya) and rural addresses will result in longer time for orders to arrive. 
  • The company reserves the right, and the management retains the final authority, to amend any terms or conditions in this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Track Orders Shipment

  • Upon confirmation of your order, a tracking link will be sent to you. You can proceed to track the shipment status from the third-party courier provider’s online tracking portal once they have received the airway bill tracking number.
  • If you did not receive the tracking link within 24 hours after order completion, kindly reach out to our customer service team on WhatsApp for status updates of your order (Monday to Sunday, 10.00am – 10.00pm)

Changes In Delivery Details

  • For security and fraud prevention purpose, we do not allow change of address once an order is confirmed and captured. Kindly cancel the order before the order is processed and proceed to make a new order.


Self Pick-Up 

  • Under the self pick-up option, you may collect your order from one of our stores.
  •  We will collect a non-refundable deposit of RM100 ("Deposit”) upon you confirming your order.  
  • The item(s) in your order ("Reserved Item”) will be held for you for a period of up to 7 days from the date you confirm your order with us.
  • For orders placed by 11.59pm, the Reserved Item will be ready for collection on the next day from 5.00pm onwards at your selected store. Orders placed after 11.59pm are regarded as next business day order and the Reserved Item will be ready for collection on the following day from 5.00pm onwards at your selected store.
  • The company reserves the right to refund the Deposit if we are unable to fulfil the obligation to reserve the item(s) of your order.
  • Your order of the Reserved Item is regarded as the correct and final order by you.  Any changes to your order are subject to our approval and subject to you bearing the full costs and expenses incurred or to be incurred arising from such changes. Please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp for further information.
  • Please refer to our Warranty, Refund and Return Policy for the exchange of the Reserved Item.
