• Participants must purchase any device from 3cat.my website between 15th to 23rd November 2024.​

• The lucky draw is valid for purchases of iPhone, iPad, Watch, and Macbook (excluding accessories).​

• Each eligible purchase quantity grants one entry (1 entry per unit).​

• The campaign runs from 15th to 23rd November 2024.​

• Three winners will be selected in a draw session and announcement will be done via a phone call on 24th November 2024.​

• Three lucky winners will each receive a Used iPad 6th Generation 32GB WiFi + Cellular, valued at RM749.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.​

• Prizes can be exchanged one-on-one within 30 days for issues not caused by accidental damage or misuse.​

• Prizes come with 1-year warranty (only if successfully fulfilled post collection criteria).

• The lucky draw winners will be drawn on recorded session on 24th November 2024 between 8PM-9PM.​

• Winners will be called only ONCE during the draw session using the phone number on their order.

• To claim their prize, the participants must answer the call during draw session with the model of the device purchased from the selected order.

• If a selected winner fails to answer the call during the draw session, they will forfeit their prize, and a replacement winner will be drawn. The draw continues until all winners successfully claim their prizes.

• Each participant can win only one prize. If chosen for multiple prizes, only one prize will be awarded, and another winner will be selected for the other prize.

• Winners can choose to collect the prize from one of our stores or have it delivered to their doorstep.​

• Pre-collection / delivery of prizes:​

  • Winners must submit answers to the following two questions within 2 days after the announcement:​
    (i) Why did you choose 3cat to purchase your Apple device?​
    (ii) How has your experience with 3cat been so far?​

  • 3cat will post winner name, personal photo, location and provided answers to the above two questions on 3cat social media for marketing purposes.​

  • Failure to provide answers within the given time will result in forfeiture of the prize.​

• Post-collection / receival of prizes:​

  • Once collected / received the prizes, winners must post a video of themselves receiving the device on their social media (TikTok or Instagram) within 2 days.

  • Failure to fulfill post-collection / receival criteria within the given time will result in forfeiture of the 1-year warranty.​

  • 3cat reserves the right to post the winner’s content on its platforms.

• 3cat reserves the right to substitute any prize with any other item(s) of similar value.​

• 3cat reserves the right to post any content related to this event on its platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.​

• 3cat may at its discretion disqualify/reject any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign and/or 3cat social media platforms.​

• 3cat is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, tampering, or theft of the lucky draw prize once it has been collected from the 3cat by winner or the courier company.
  

• 3cat employees and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw campaign.
